Watching the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre RailRiders, Triple-A affiliate of the New York Yankees, at the newly renovated PNC Field walk-around ballpark is one of the best parts of enjoying outdoor sports in our area. Visitors will enjoy unique concession stands with local favorites and kid-friendly activities along the open concourse. Step back in time and head to the game in a special trolley taking you right to the field to see the ballgame.

Frances Slocum State Park consists of 1,035 acres in northeastern Pennsylvania’s Luzerne County. The horseshoe shaped, 165-acre lake is popular for boating and fishing, and is a home to many species of birds, fish, and wildlife. Numerous hiking and mountain biking trails and the large day use area attract visitors to picnic and explore the forests.
